It seems that the wandering time, transition period after relegation to the second league and
breaking legs on Italian countryside is finally over. Over the last two years, after returning to
Serie A, the biggest Italian club were searching for their identity. Delusions like Claudio Ranieri
or bad moves on the market cost them dearly, but they have learnt the lesson.
Serie A is back and so is the the weekly Serie A Weekend Round-up which will come your way every
Monday wrapping up the weekend calcio action with reports, player ratings, and highlights of every
game as well as the standings and Serie B results. The first week was pretty interesting and this
season should be a good one.
The Galacticos era has returned to Real Madrid. This time though, president Florentino
Perez has signed players (let's face it, coach Manuel Pellegrini has little say in the transfers,
although he wouldn't be complaining about the signings thus far!) with the long term in mind.
