Congratulations yet again to the Camdenton Laker's boys team. Their first ever District Title, won
in overtime against regional foe Rolla, was chosen as the No. 1 sports story of the year by Stephen
Herzog, Sports Editor for the Lake Sun Leader.
Some very good games this evening including the Laker's at Nixa, in a game between a pair of
up-and-coming teams hoping to breakthrough to new levels. Jeff City Jays, a team hoping to get to
State this year, visits Lebanon who stayed close with Kickapoo last week (0-1). Bolivar vs Willard,
a definite derby game.

Eddie Horn, Jeff City Jays, Wins 400th game
With a win against the Camdenton Lakers on October 14th, Head Coach Eddie Horn earned his 400th win
as the Head Coach of the Jefferson City Jays. That puts him at the top outside of the St Louis and
Kansas City coaches. Not certain why his information isn't included in the MO Soccer Coaches
records list but I'm digging into it.

This is an 8-team tournament, using the standard head-to-head tournament format with a winner's
bracket and a loser's bracket. No match will end in a tie, therefor if the score is tied after two
40-minute halves, we will play two 10-minute golden goal overtimes and then proceed (if necessary)
to best of 5 penalty kicks – All penalty kick shootouts will be handled according to the NFHS
Time Game Procedure.
