Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni has announced a list of 23 players, including eight
uncapped players, who will take part in a summer training camp in Malahide from 16 to 21
May.Former League of Ireland stars Brian Murphy and Keith Fahey are both included in the squad,
as are Sunderland's David Meyler, Derby County's Paul Green and Portsmouth's County Antrim born
defender Marc Wilson .
Egyptian international striker Amr Zaki has officially signed on a loan deal to Hull City from
Egyptian side El Zamelek. The deal, which holds until the end of the season, looks like a shrewd
signing for the Tigers. At just a measly 20 league goals, Hull city are the fourth lowest scoring
team in the premiership, narrowly edging out Stoke City, Portsmouth and Wolves.
Because sometimes forcing yourself to care is part of being a fan.
And if any match required a forceful emotional investment, this one is it.
Liverpool travel to the KC on the last day of the Premier League season a broken team mentally,

According to Sky Sports News, QPR has agreed to sign Hull City
striker Caleb Folan on loan. Folan's agent Hayden Evans said,
"Hull have advised us they are happy to loan out Caleb ... The two clubs have agreed a loan deal
and now just a few details need to be finalised .

Hull are likely to be without Jimmy Bullard and Caleb Folan for Sunday's final Premier League game
against Liverpool at the KC Stadium.
Bullard missed last week's 2-2 draw against Wigan, which confirmed their relegation, with an ankle
problem and has not yet returned to training while Folan has a knee injury.
Giovanni Trapattoni has made Paul McShane captain of the Ireland team to play their
under-23 counterparts in Malahide this evening.
McShane will play at right full back with Eddie Nolan or Greg Cunningham occupying the other
flank.
Everton's Shane Duffy, currently at the centre of an eligibility row having played played underage
matches for the North of Ireland, is included at centre half alongside Celtic's Darren
O'Dea.
Ciarán Clark has been called into the Ireland squad for next week's friendly game against Norway
at Lansdowne Road. His call up to Trapattoni's senior squad follows a report from FIFA this morning
indicating that there is still a chance they may be in a position to consider his application to
play for Ireland in time for the match.
Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni is likely to give some of his younger players an
international start due to the number of senior players who have reported injured ahead of
Wednesday's friendly game with Norway in Dublin.
The Irish boss has lost six of the players he initially named for the game and has further doubts
over Sean St Ledger, Paul Green and striker Kevin Doyle, who were due to be assessed
today.
