James Copeland scored as the Regis University men's soccer team tied the 15th-ranked Colorado
School of Mines on Friday in Denver.
Regis remained unbeaten in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play. The Rangers' record is 4-2-3
overall, 2-0-3 in conference.
"Whenever you play Mines, it is going to be a tough match, especially when they are ranked in
the Top 15," Regis coach Tony McCall said.

"We can't afford to let teams back in a game," Skyhawks coach Oige Kennedy said.
The Skyhawks scored twice in the first 30 minutes of Friday's match at the Colorado School of
Mines Soccer Stadium.
Colorado School of Mines striker Kayla Mitchell was named the RMAC offensive player of the week
for games played during the week of Oct. 2. It marks the fifth time in Mitchell's career and second
time this season that she has received this honor.
Mitchell, a senior forward from Ontario, Ore.
Euan Purcell's treble and Byron Cephers' brace led the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team as
it recorded an 11-0 victory against Colorado Christian University on Sunday in Lakewood.
Fort Lewis, ranked No. 6 in the nation, recorded 49 shots in the victory to improve to 13-1
overall, 10-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
