Well, crap. Two points dropped, and frankly, it very easily could have been 3. Aside from one
stretch in the first-half, we really looked bad all night. Which is not to take anything away from
Burnley. The fact is that the difference in motivation and desire between the two sides was so
clearly apparent, and Burnley went out played their butts off for their point.
2009 Recap: The Goats had a decent 2009, all things considered. They qualified
for the playoffs after finishing fourth in the West, but they led their conference for most of the
year, so their final 13-11-6 record was a bit of a downer. Plus, they got schooled in the playoffs
by their crosstown rival, the LA Gals.
