UEFA is ruled by a bunch humourless old men.
During the Bayern vs AS Roma Champions League game, a group of Bayern supporters unfurled a
large banner with "Romani Ite Domum" - "Romans Go Home" written on it. An obvious reference to the
Monty Python film "Life Of Brian". The accompanying banner which read "Life of Bayern" should have
put all doubts to rest.

Die Spieler des FC Bayern München waren schon besser in Form – beispielsweise am Ende der
vergangenen Spielzeit, als man die Deutsche Meisterschaft und den DFB-Pokal gewann und zudem noch
im Finale der Champions League (0:2 gegen Inter Mailand) stand. In die neue Spielzeit sind die
Münchner allerdings etwas verhalten gestartet; und das, obwohl im Wesentlichen – mit Ausnahme
der Rückkehr einiger ausgeliehenen Spieler – der Kader unverändert blieb.
