There's no new Kaka news to report on, and there shouldn't be for another
couple of days, but that doesn't mean that there's nothing else going on in the world of
transfers.
Who's in the transfer news headlines today? As always, the lion's share of the tidbits are from
England, but we've also got news and rumors to report on from Spain, Italy, Germany, and
Greece.
As you would expect, a certain Brazilian is dominating the transfer headlines right now, and in
today's transfer news and rumors roundup, we've got the latest on that Brazilian and his potential
world-record move, and we've also got plenty to report on about from England, Spain, Italy,
Germany, and France.
Usually I'm not one to look forward to Monday, but the start of a new week during transfer season
usually means that there's plenty to talk about. Jermain Defoe has dominated the roundups recently,
but now that he's finally being sold (you can guess where), we'll have to find a new flavor of the
[.
The party is still going on in Barcelona, and there might still yet be a few angry hangovers in
Manchester right now, but the aftermath of the Champions League final means transfer gossip aplenty
for the loser.
As you would expect, a few butts will be met by boots this summer at Manchester United, and a
few new faces will take their place in an attempt to help erase the disappointment of the Rome
defeat.
Well how's that for starting July with a bang? The start of a new month and the official first
day of the summer transfer window brought another big-money signing for Real Madrid.
Real have been the biggest spenders by far this summer, and they'll likely come out on top in
that list when all's said and done, but they aren't the only club out there spending big or trying
to spend big.
We're into a new week, and this is a week that could get off to a big bang in the transfers
world. AC Milan star Kaka could very well make the switch to Real Madrid in the
coming days, and a few other top European clubs could nail down a few new squad additions sometime
this week as well.
It's a somewhat quiet day in transfer news and rumors, but there are still several tidbits to
report on from multiple leagues. England Talks between Carlos Tevez and Manchester United over a
permanent deal are reportedly at a stalemate due to Tevez's demands for £120k a week.
Analysis: The deal will get done, simple [.
Here's a leak making the rounds of the supposed FC Bayern Munich Adidas 2009/10 third kit. If real,
this will be Bayern's shirt for UEFA matches. Based on their performance thus far this year, Bayern
München seems likely to qualify for next year's UEFA Champions League.
The transfer news and rumors aren't as plentiful tonight as they were in the morning, but
sometimes, it's about quality, not quantity, and in tonight's roundup, we've got a couple of
big-money (well, small, if you're Real Madrid) signings to report and add to our summer transfer
lists.
The headline takes away the element of surprise, of course, but those moves aren't the only bits
in the news.
Oh, the surprises that are in store! No, I'm not talking about the FA Cup third round, but the
January transfer window. The window's started, and soon, a flurry of footballers will be flying in
and out to new destinations. How many of them will end up at Manchester City? Well, at least [...]
Former Premier League man may make welcome return this summer.
The Rumour
ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger is in talks with Stuttgart midfielder
.
The Gunners manager wants to add experience to his side and the former Aston Villa star fits the
bill.
Hitzlsperger, 27, is out of contract next year but Stuttgart will do a deal at around
£5million.
Fabio Cannavaro, Carlos Tevez, Michael Ballack, Michael Owen, Mark Van Bommel, Fred... these are
but a few of the players whose contract is set to expire at the end of the season. And with the
january transfer window practically at our doorstep, it is time to give these "old
timers" a chance they are still [.

It's a busy time in Manchester, as the red side and the blue side are both busy trying to
bolster their squads ahead of next season.
But they're not the only clubs being linked with big-money purchases in this morning's transfer
news roundup, though the other club mentioned is having nothing to do with said big-money move.
You knew it was only a matter of time before it would happen, even with the world's current
economical state. Real Madrid have broken the world transfer record that they already held by
landing Kaka from AC Milan for £59m.
That signing looks to be only the start of Real's monster summer spending spree, and if they can
land one of their prime targets (you should already know who I'm talking about without me having to
mention him by name), we could see the above record broken once again before the end of the
summer.
A new week stands to bring many more signings as the summer transfer window merrily rolls along,
and according to the latest transfer news and rumors, we may expect to see a few big names make
moves sometime this week.
Until they actually move, we can't add their names to our summer transfer lists, but this
morning's roundup gives us at least one new name to add to the lists, with tidbits on several more
who could be very, very soon.
It's a new week, and we've got a fresh batch of transfer news and rumors from around Europe.
We've got tidbits from England, Italy, and Germany in today's roundup, with names big, medium, and
small all being linked with moves from here to there.
England
Tottenham Enter Race for Tevez
Tottenham have joined the queue of teams looking to sign Carlos Tevez, as Spurs
are being linked with a 25m offer for the Argentine hit-man.
The transfer news isn't as plentiful today as it has been in the last several days, but there
are still some big names in the gossip pages today.
Manchester United are busy looking for a new striker, and while Karim Benzema
may or may not be on his way to Old Trafford sometime this summer, there's no shortage of targets
on United's striker wishlist, including one potentially surprising name.
Several of England and Europe's top clubs already being proactive with their summer transfer
plans. Who's making bids and trying to seal a few deals before the window officially opens?
Liverpool Make £15m Bid for Valencia's Silva
Liverpool have made a take-it-or-leave-it offer of £15m to Valencia for winger David
Silva.
We've got quite a lot of tidbits from yesterday and today to go over in today's roundup from
around the Premier League, Serie A, and several more top leagues, so if you've missed any of the
latest transfer news and rumors, we're here to catch you up.
And as always, you can stay updated with all of the latest transfer signings from all England's
league clubs and several top European leagues thanks to our summer transfer lists.
It's always nice when the transfer news and rumors are spiced up by speculation involving top
names, and today's transfer roundup includes a few rumors involving some of the beautiful game's
big stars. Do these rumors have any foundation? Well, judge for yourself below. England The
Cristiano Ronaldo-to-Real Madrid rumors have picked a nice [.
Wolfsburg sits atop the Bundesliga standings this season, and a 5-1 thrashing against Bayern Munich
shows just how good they can be. This goal by Grafite was the 5th goal scored that game, and has
been featured on ESPN sportscenter...This goal could be a candidate for goal of the year...
We're already in the middle of June, and though the signings haven't been coming hard and fast
just yet, that doesn't mean that there's a shortage of action thus far in the summer transfer
window.
In this morning's transfer news and rumors roundup, we've got tidbits from England, Spain,
Italy, Germany, France, and Greece, with many big names and big clubs looking to spend, spend,
spend.
Just when Arsenal fans may have been getting excited about a potential big-money signing, it
appears that a not-so-nice Old Lady has yanked the rug out from under them. However, some recent
developments could yet see some light at the end of the tunnel, but that's where cautious optimism
comes in.
We're already halfway through the January transfer window, and while there has been more
speculation than signings thus far, that could be set to change in the next week. As you would
expect, we have the latest on Manchester City's attempts to sign Kaka, but he's not the only player
they're after, and there [.

everythings that have to do with MLS makes Burrito sad.

Todays story comes from Germanys and this mamacitas name is Eva Roob!
Football is a funny game - this is the sport where anything, and I mean
anything, can happen completely out of the blue. For example, no one ever imagined
that Brazilian star Ronaldinho, who was literally unstoppable not too long ago, would suddenly
become as anonymous as he is nowadays.
The deepest position in the U.S. men's national team pool is about to get even deeper.
Schalke 04 midfielder Jermaine Jones has notified the German Football Federation that he intends
to change national teams and plans to play for the U.S. national team. Jones is taking advantage of
the new FIFA rule that allows players of any age to change national teams if they are eligible for
multiple national teams and have yet to play in an official match for either.
After a pretty active start to the week, the transfer news and rumors have subsided quite a bit
over the last couple of days.
However, we've got a solid compilation of transfer news and rumors from England and Italy to
tide you over until tomorrow.
England
Trezeguet Garnering English Interest
David Trezeguet could be set to leave Juventus this summer, and according to
his father/agent, is receiving interest from ‘everyone' in England, along with Lyon and
Barcelona.
After all those years in sunny southern California, Landon Donovan may have forgotten just how cold
and snowy it can be when German football enters orange ball season. If practicing all week in the
cold and blowing snow wasn't enough top remind him, playing the second half of a friendly today at
Regionalliga side Eintracht Bamberg should have done the trick.
It's a new week, and to kickstart the new week, we've got plenty of transfer news and rumors
involving some of the game's top names to get your brain stirring again
Below, we have transfer rumors from England, Italy, and Spain, so if you're a fan of the Premier
League, La Liga, or Serie A, you should get your fill of transfer tidbits today.
Another week, another rumor linking Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid. Will it
ever end? Not until he actually moves to Madrid, which can't happen soon enough for some. But,
until he moves, he'll still be popping up in our transfer news and rumors column, along with
several other tidbits from around England and Europe.
Fabio Cannavaro, Carlos Tevez, Michael Ballack, Michael Owen, Mark Van Bommel, Fred... These are
but a few of the players whose contract is set to expire at the end of the season. And with the
january transfer window practically at our doorstep, it is time to give these "old
timers" a chance to prove they [.
German soccer weekly Kicker has just put out its annual mid season list of "Tops and
Flops" and Borussia Moenchengladbach's Michael Bradley made the list - the wrong one.
The annual list is complied based on interactive results from the magazine's fantasy soccer
managerspiel but the results are usually pretty reliable.
Finally, the transfer deals are starting to come through in bunches. Am I just getting my hopes up
that I'll have a lot more of these to talk about over the rest of the window, or is this is a sign
of things to come? England Could Andrei Arshavin buy out his contract to make his [...]
Sunday may have been a rest day for many, but in case you didn't know already, there's never a
break when it comes to transfer news and rumors, especially in the summer.
While there was plenty of intriguing transfer speculation making the rounds on Sunday (and not
just in England), a couple of new signings also went through, and you can find those new moves in
our updated summer transfer lists.
The summer transfer window hasn't even opened yet, but a couple of big names from Europe's top
leagues are already on the move to new destinations, and a few others could soon have new
addresses. Who are those players, and where are they going? We've got all of that and more in
today's transfer news roundup, which includes news and rumors from England, Spain, Italy, Germany,
and even Turkey.
