Joining KYW's Greg Orlandini and PSP's Eli Pearlman-Storch on the latest edition of the Philly Soccer Show podcast is Philadelphia Union first round draft pick Chandler Hoffman.

The UCLA/Generation adidas forward scored 18 goals in 24 games during his last season with the Bruins, and hopes to bring that scoring touch to PPL Park.

We'll know three of the four Sectional teams vying for a single spot in the State Final 4 by the end of the evening. The fourth slot will be determined tomorrow when Glendale and Nixa play. Note that there may be a time change on that game to try and avoid weather issues.

The LA Galaxy defeated UCLA, 2-1 in their final preseason warm-up before the start of the season.

Landon Donovan and Juninho provided the goals for the Galaxy while Victor Chavez scored for the Bruins. Los Angeles dominated the early part of the match when Juninho cracked the UCLA defense with a goal through a number of UCLA defenders.
