In an interview with ESPN's Jeremy Schaap on SportsCenter, United States National Team forward Charlie Davies says he expects to "make a full recovery" from injuries suffered in a single-car accident on October 13th. Davies was a passenger in the vehicle. A fellow passenger was killed. Davies is rehabbing a broken leg along with a broken elbow and facial fractures.

Certainly the image of the vehicle above would make anyone sick to their stomach.
