Mmmm, Tuesday's looking up isn't it? Images via Greg in Hollywood.
We've been jonesing for brand spankin' new (and naive) man meat to profile on our humble little
site, and boy did our wishing, hoping and bartering with God pay off!
Allow us to introduce you to Lance Parker and his abs, who both play for FC Edmonton in the
North American Soccer League.
The Montreal Impact came away from last week's expansion draft without a proven goalkeeper, but
that void was filled in a major way on Monday after the Impact acquired Jamaican national team
goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts from the Impact for allocation money.
Ricketts had been one of the best goalkeepers in the league before a broken arm sidelined him
and paved the way for Josh Saunders to take the starting job away from Ricketts.
As you already know, a promising young midfielder named Josh McEachran may be leaving the club
on loan in January. Could an injury-blighted veteran with monster upside make his return around the
same time? We can only hope.

Andre Villas-Boas, speaking today in his customary pre-match press conference, dropped some
knowledge on the situations of both Didier Drogba and Michael Essien.
Does anyone want to win the Eastern Conference?
The constant shifting in the East has as many as five teams in position to lay claim to the
conference's top seed. Sporting Kansas City looks like the best bet of the bunch after a convincing
win over the Houston Dynamo put the club level on points atop the conference table with Columbus
and has the team up to No.
The top team in MLS takes on the second-place team in the Eastern Conference as the Los Angeles
Galaxy travels to the midwest to take on Sporting Kansas City (6pm, Fox Soccer Channel).
The Galaxy are in first-place in the West, and cruising in Champions League play, and will be
favored against a Sporting KC side coming off a disappointing late loss to FC Dallas.

In which St Pauli forward Marius Ebbers suffers a stomach-churning broken arm after falling
awkwardly during the German side's recent clash with Aachen.
Consider this your warning, it's pretty gruesome...
Told you it was grim.
I'm no a doctor not by a long chalk but even I know that it's not supposed to be pointing that
way.
I couldn't watch the San Jose game until the last few minutes, so imagine my surprise when I
turned it on to see this. Mike Magee can't pick up the ball! That's a handball!! Well, not that
night.
Who would have thought that for a number of weeks keeper would be the most exciting position on
the field for the Galaxy?
Two of the top teams in MLS will square off tonight at Home Depot Center as the first-place Los
Angeles Galaxy faces the red-hot Seattle Sounders (10:30pm, ESPN2).
The Galaxy will play with third-string goalkeeper Brian Perk after losing Donovan Ricketts to a
broken arm and Josh Saunders to a red card suspension.

It's no secret that West is the more dominant of Major League Soccer's two conferences. It's
even more evident considering that the top four teams in the SBI MLS Power Rankings all hail from
the Western Conference.
Los Angeles, FC Dallas, Seattle and Real Salt Lake occupy the top four spots in the latest
rankings, respectively, after all added points to their totals this past week.
Czech Republic Under 21 player Jan Lecjaks ended the European Under 21 Championships with a broken
arm for his troubles as his side lost the third-place play-off against Belarus. Belarus grabbed a
late goal to see-off the Czechs, who had been one of the favourites to win the tournament. But
Lecjaks was already off the [.

But really you could boil it down to this comment from Tim Howard:
"We didn't get it done - that's what it's about.

Mike Williamson is still recovering from the broken arm he somehow picked up in the gym, that

I write this post with a heavy heart and trembling hands. The dream is not dead. The dream is
not deferred. But young men are prone to distraction. Focus comes from experience. At only four
years of age, Junito has proudly and defiantly donned the weighty expectations of millions of Real
Madrid fans the world over.
Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has today said that a broken arm will keep defender Mike
Williamson out for the rest of the season. Mike Williamson breaks arm in training today So it seems

There was one surprise in the official starting eleven:
Isaksson,
Lustig, Granqvist, Antonsson, Wendt,
Wernbloom, Källström,
S. Larsson, Elmander, Bajrami,
Ibrahimovic
Antonsson is going to be the final puzzle piece in our makeshift defensive line. He'll be
playing with a broken arm (though obviously not that bad).
