U.S. Soccer announced this morning that the U.S.-Costa Rica World Cup qualifier has moved to ESPN2.

From the ESPN press release:

The broadcast will now include a 30 minute pregame show starting at 6:30 p.m. PT with kickoff slated for 7:06 p.m. PT (8:06 p.m. local).

The game will still be televised live by Galavision.
