Danish legend Brian Laudrup is being treated for a mild case of lymphoma.

foi diagnosticado um cancro. O irmão mais novo de Michael indicou que já está a ser tratado e
que a doença foi descoberta numa fase pouco avançada.
«Estou, como é óbvio, em choque pelo diagnóstico, mas também sei que tenho uma batalha enorme
minha frente, uma batalha que vou vencer», disse o dinamarquês, campeão da Europa em 1992.
Brian Laudrup, um dos avançados mais elegantes que me lembro de ver jogar, revelou hoje que lhe
foi diagnosticado um cancro. O irmão mais novo de Michael indicou que já está a ser tratado e
que a doença foi descoberta numa fase pouco avançada.

The Aston Villa manager saga appears to officially be over as French publication L'Equipe
reports that Gerard Houllier will inform the French Football Federation that he will sign a
two-year contract to take over at Villa Park.
Houllier (pictured above, center), who coached Liverpool from 1998-2004, will step away from his
post as the FFF's technical director after the country's notorious World Cup stint and replace
interim manager Kevin MacDonald.

Former Danish international Brian Laudrup has revealed that he is fighting a mild form of
lymphoma. The winger played for Bayern Munich and Glasgow Rangers most famously, while also having
spells at Fiorentina, Chelsea, AC Milan, and Ajax.
He was also on Pele's list of 125 greatest living footballers, along side older brother Michael
back in 2004.
Former Denmark striker Brian Laudrup, part of the side that won the European Championship in 1992,
has been diagnosed with cancer.
