The World Cup is just six months away and with serious
injuries and the inclusion of some new faces shaking things up on the U.S. national team, it is

January brings American Idol auditions, and the U.S. men's national team is doing pretty
much the same thing.
Mostly MLS, of course, with a few Scandinavia-based players as well. Notice that Stuart Holden
isn't there -- resting or anticipating a move overseas? Also no Brian Ching.

I was reading a piece on the Kansas City Wizards 2009 season and this line jumped out at
me.
When your top scorer only scores 11 goals, you most likely will have trouble.Being a numbers person, that led me to look up MLS's top scorers for 2009(no, I don't have that
stuff memorized).
