Germany have finally gotten around to launching their new change strip for Euro 2012 and, as we
stated when it was originally leaked ages and ages ago, it's a work of true retro
kunst harking back to their beautiful green strip from 1972 and marking
the 40th anniversary of their first European Championship win.

Celtic and Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen.
We'd like to tell you a brief story.
After two relegations in a row Stockport County appointed former German international Didi Hamann
as manager three months ago.
And it is already looking as though a third demotion from the Conference National is on the cards
as County are level on points with Lincoln City who occupy the fourth relegation slot currently.

On this week's predictions, in England some big derbies, a reminder that the FA Cup is under
way, and top games from Serie A and the Bundesliga. You can listen to Damon and Damian discussing
their predictions on this week's show.
...and the following group stage draw.
Klaas-Jan Huntelaar is a decent striker. Quite a bit more than decent, but
following his disappointing first season at Schalke (13 goals in 35 matches in all competitions),
we'll only slowly roll out the superlatives. Anyway, he has now scored 12 in 6 and made sure
Schalke's Europa League season wasn't disappointingly cut short.
The 70s are looming large in Mönchengladbach. They always do. But with
Mönchengladbach topping the table, after playing Wolfsburg off the Borussia Park in style, the
media was quick with their comparisons to Gladbach's glory days. When Lucien Favre took over at
Hertha, he came with the promise to build a team that could challenge for the Bundesliga and play
beautiful football.

There's been a lot pf hubbub in Bremen this summer over tattoos, whether they're being banned or
Marko Aranutovic wants them on the giant implants of his future wife. Seems it won't die down.
Tim Wiese has revealed a brand new tattoo on his left arm: a naked woman. His wife.
Complete memory loss.
Albeit involuntary and unfortunate in case of Leverkusen's goalkeeper Fabian Giefer. Giefer had
a game to forget anyway, after accidentally setting up Sami Allagui for Mainz's first goal in his
team's 2-0 defeat on Sunday. Late in the game he then suffered a concussion after colliding with
Mainz's Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting.

will nun auch Nuri Sahin erreichen.
Além disso, ganhou 19 vezes a copa do Chipre.

Eine Absicht will man
Liverpool midfielder target Niko Kranjcar is reportedly 'tempting' Kenny Dalglish.
The Croatian international is thought to be one of the top summer targets on Anfield, although a
number of players in a variety of positions are being linked in a similar fashion with
Liverpool.
Kranjcar appears to be one of the more concrete links though, with the Reds thought to be chasing
the Spurs star for several months now after contemplating a move in January.

Inter Milan have denied reports linking them with a January move for Tottenham Hotspur sporting
star Gareth Bale. Reports had suggested the reigning Serie A champions were preparing a £40million
swoop for Spurs' talented winger after being on the receiving end of two excellent performances by
Bale in the Champions League sport competition.

Charlie Adam proves fruitless.
According to The Daily Mirror, Werder Bremen is interested in the Croatian, but the player himself
wants to continue plying his trade in the Premier League.
It is thought that he would like to play for the Reds, who are currently interested in Blackpool

It seems that people are always looking to find value for money, and never more so than in tough
economic times. Football's no different, so to help us look for value in football from a
supporter's perspective, I dug up some interesting data from Stadionwelt.de, the very helpful
portal with stadium-related statistics.
With Sebastian Squillaci injured and Thomas Vermaelen suffering yet another setback in training
as he tries to come back from his chronic achillies problem, it is looking increasingly likely that
the manager will have to dip into the January market to sign a center-back.
The manager has been looking at center-backs for over 12 months now, last January Sol Campbell
came back on a short-term deal and the option to re-sign him was there in the summer, but Arsenal
delayed and Sol went off to Newcastle he now wants out of there.
