The New England Revolution and Major League Soccer are suing Jose "Pepe" Moreno for breach of contract according to a tweet from WUNR's "Deportes y Mas" host Marino Velasquez. Velasquez added Sunday that the team was taking the case to FIFA.

New England Soccer Today has contacted the Revolution for comment and is awaiting a response.

It's been strangely silent lately in the Colombian press on the issue of whether Jose "Pepe Moreno will join the New England Revolution. New England Soccer Today has tried to get updates from Moreno's club Once Caldas with no success after an initial response.

Today, however, El Tiempo, Colombia's leading newspaper, reported Moreno must leave Once Caldas because club President José Manuel López did, in fact, sign the papers for him to join the New England Revolution on loan.
