The New England Revolution and Major League Soccer are suing Jose "Pepe" Moreno for breach of
contract according to a tweet from WUNR's "Deportes y Mas" host Marino Velasquez. Velasquez added

they have terminated the contract of midfielder Tony McManus and released him from the roster,
effective immediately.
"We believe this is the best decision for our club moving forward," said Owner/President Andrew
Nestor.
Andy Carroll's £35m move to Liverpool has made his legal battle with the agent Peter Harrison all
the fruitier. In a fortnight both men will present their respective cases to an arbitration panel
convened by the Football Association.
