Ah, the best laid plans. Knowing I had to work around 5 p.m. today and that it was the opening week

La mejor versión de Brasil se vio hoy en la Copa América cuando los pentacampeones mundiales
golearon por 6 - 1 a la selección chilena y de paso confirman su candidatura para llegar al menos
a la final del evento.
El equipo dirigido por Dunga salió dispuesto a aclarar de una vez su calidad y con algunos
primeros intentos de Robinho y Wagner Love pusieron en aprietos desde muy temprano al arquero Bravo
de la roja.
Con una sorpresiva victoria de 3 - 0 Brasil se coronó campeón de la Copa América en un
partido donde la verdeamarela sacó a relucir su casta de campeón para dejar con la celebración
planeada a toda la Argentina.
Julio Baptista, Ayala (en contra) y Dani Alves fueron los anotadores del encuentro que
permitieron a Brasil alzarse con un triunfo que a priori se veía complicadísimo.

favor lograron la ansiada clasificación a la final del torneo.
El juego fue, en el inicio, dominado por los brasileños durante los primeros quince minutos.

Los verdes olvidaron rapido la derrota, Hugo olvido a los cansados, los de Pachuca inyectaron el
brio necesario, Marquez se echo el equipo al hombro, Ochoa pide la titularidad con salvadas, Ramon
en su posicion es un peligro, y frente a un equipo que tiene futbol Mexico saca el futbol.
Brasil dominates Chile from start to finish with an emphatic 6-1 victory. Argentina, Mexico and
Uruguay also dominated their quarterfinal matches making for an exciting Final Four in the
Semifinals for the COPA AMERICA championship, which is only right considering its the oldest
championship tournament in world soccer/futbol/football. Though the World Cup in Germany last year
was definitely disappointing for adherents to the attacking attractive flowing football school, the
COPA AMERICA is definitely making up for it with Brasil, Argentina and Mexico each producing some
scintillating performances!
BRASIL VS ARGENTINA. The stage is set for a massive and memorable competitive match at this years
COPA AMERICA final as the two South American powerhouses of 'the beautiful game' known to most as
football/futbol/futebol/soccer meet to decide who reigns supreme on the pitch.
