Ashlan Fiester (Glendale 2011) clears off the line
The Final Regional poll for the regular season and it seems the Falcon's have solidified their hold
on the top spot, initially held by Nixa at the start of the season. The key difference among the
teams? Emily Cline gives Glendale a reliable goal-scorer.

With the Class 3 seeding already complete for District 11, the game between Nixa and Ozark tonight
is now focused on the Central Ozark Conference title race which will be determined with the results
of this game.
Nixa Eagles 2
Ozark Tigers 0
Freshman Paige Townsend scored on a header, on a ball delivered by Lauren Moats, to get what would
turn out to be the game-winner tonight, approximately 5 minutes into the second half.
Last weekend of the regular season and Ozark has added a game to their schedule with tonight's
game. The Moberly Spartans are a Top-10 Class 2 team that lost in the District Finals last year to
Helias. This year that meeting will likely come in the Sectional game as #1 seeded Helias is in
District 10 while Moberly is now in District 9.
Emily Cline & Alix Opfer, Glendale Falcons, 2011 Mar
One regularly scheduled match and a pair of weather make-ups are on tonights calendar. The
scheduled match is Kickapoo vs Glendale, the game that counts towards Conference rankings in their
annual derby. Glendale is undefeated in Conference and a loss to Kickapoo would drop them to 8-1,
sharing the title with Camdenton.
Not yet the final day of games despite the News-Leaders claims today. Top of the list? Mike
Howard of the Rolla Bulldogs goes for his 600th career win tonight as the squad heads NE to visit
the Union Wildcats, a Class 2 program. The next opportunity would come Tuesday in the District
playoff game against Waynesville.
Mikaela Branson, Ozark Tigers (2012)
There are three Districts encompassing the Ozark and Central Ozark Conference in Class 3. The
Sectional game on Tuesday May 24th will be hosted by the winner of District 12 while the District
10 winner would host the District 9 winner. This is based upon the Fall model where the Even
district number winner was host, a model used for the first time last season.
