The Ozark Lady Tigers have been invited to participate in this premier level high school girls soccer tournament scheduled for May 1 and 2, 2009 in Burlington, Iowa. The event will feature many of the top 50 high school girls teams in the country.

Carthage had a good showing the first game of the 2009 season. First goal scored early in the first half by Kevin Perdomo on an assist from Joe Curti. The second goal came late in the second half on a goal by Joe Curti assisted by Juan Ortiz.
