Nottingham Forest fans read on, for we are very pleased to welcome back Glen Wilson, steward of
Doncaster Rovers' Popular STAND Fanzine and late of award winning blog, Viva Rovers. Here Glen
provides us with an insight into Sean O'Driscoll, recently installed in a supporting role to Steve
Cotterill at the City Ground.
For most of us, the idea of drinking alcohol whilst at work would be to stretch the imagination

desperately to stay awake are very much a thing of the past, and our productivity is, if we are
honest with ourselves, all the better for it.

Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has been charged with misconduct by the FA after repeatedly
swearing during an appearance on BBC Radio 5 Live's 606 call-in.
The Cherries' chief rowed with presenter Mark 'Chappers' Chapman following last Saturday's 1-0
defeat by MK Dons, after rumours surfaced that Mitchell allowed Bournemouth co-owner Maxim Demin's
wife into the dressing room at half-time to talk to the team.
The relationship between a local newspaper and its closest football club can be a mutually
beneficial one. Football remains the one item on the news agenda that is more likely than anything
else, and a sizeable proportion of its sales will come from those that want the daily drip of
coverage that they might not get from elsewhere.
A quick pointer to some of the other activities which the denizens of The Two Unfortunates have

[I]n this month's When Saturday Comes, Andy Lloyd-Williams considers youth development in English
football and the benefits of coming through at a smaller club. Citing Bournemouth and Plymouth as
examples, he argues that it's better – surely – to spend one's formative years at a club at
which progression to the first-team isn't reserved for pure prodigies only.
The nominations for this year's biggest disappointment were peppered with under performing strikers
although our Cumbrian correspondent John McGee decided not to continue his anti-Jordan Rhodes
tirade by opting for Matt Tubbs instead. Having starred previously for Salisbury, the Crawley man
returned to Wessex in January but managed only one goal for Bournemouth, despite a hefty fee.
