Owater don't actually claim it will do those things but if Shalrie is on the bottle I just assume that's what will happen.

Walter, 4th District, were prevented from voicing their opposition to the proposed 2009 New York State Budget at session today. In a procedural move, an item expressing disapproval of the budget was referred to the Legislature's Finance and Management committee.

PepsiCo will continue their sponsorship agreement with Major League Soccer, the US Soccer Federation, and SuperLiga, Soccer United Marketing announced on Thursday. SUM represents all three properties. Pepsi has been an MLS sponsor since 1996. The new deal replaces Sierra Mist with Pepsi as the official soft drink of MLS, the USSF, and SuperLiga.
