It's few and far between for the matches that actually matter this weekend, with really only one
from a Liverpool perspective, as none of the current squad members are involved in the playoffs for
the final Euro qualifying spots. Those of you with a strong affiliation for any of the nations
facing off Bosnia-Herzegovina v.
I'd love to tell you how excited about this weekend's matchups but I would be lying to you if I
did. The truth is that most of the action is European qualifying matches between the last clubs to
qualify for Euro 2012, and most of those are being broadcast live only online on ESPN3, a handful
of interesting international friendlies and some early-round FA Cup matches.
Nani scored a brilliant goal in Portugal's Euro 2012 qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina
tonight to put them 2-0 up after Cristiano Ronaldo's opener.

A couple of superb first-half strikes from one ex-United player and one current United player
calmed the Portuguese nerves in the (real) Stadium Of Light last night.
With the scores at 0-0 from the first-leg between Portugal and Bosnia-Herzegovina, a place in
the Euro 2012 finals was up for grabs, but a fantastic Ronaldo special from a free-kick followed by
a magnificent Nani effort laid the foundations for a comfortable 6-2 thrashing of the visitors.
