We now know twelve of the sixteen finalists for next summer's European Championship in
Poland & Ukraine, with play-offs for the four remaining places taking place in mid-November.
The hosts will be joined by Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Russia,
Spain and Sweden.
Turkey is not top seeded team in the playoffs !
Turkish Football Federation web site(www.tff.org) made a huge error yesterday, announcing Turkey as
a top seeded team in the play-offs!
Well that was not truth and it was bogus news from TFF!
UEFA have announced the seeds for the Euro 2012 playoffs, after the final round of qualifying
matches were completed on Tuesday.
Samir Nasri scored the French equaliser on Tuesday night against Bosnia-Herzegovina, a goal that
sent France straight through to next years European Championships in Poland and Ukraine, and Nasri
then thanked Arsene Wenger. Nasri actually said, "I thought of Arsene Wenger's words when I picked
up the ball.
The draw for the Euro 2012 qualification play offs were made in the Polish city of Krakow on
Thursday.
The full draw is:
Bosnia-Herzegovina v Portugal
Estonia v Ireland
Czech Republic v Montenegro
Turkey v Croatia
First leg matches are scheduled for November 11 or 12 with the second leg to be played on November
15.
Tomorrow's match between Portugal and Bosnia-Herzegovina is just going to be the best.

resounding 6-2.Ireland: The Irish are back in a major footballing tournament, after 1-1 at home
against Estonia, which was enough after their 0-4 victory in Tallinn.
I'd love to tell you how excited about this weekend's matchups but I would be lying to you if I
did. The truth is that most of the action is European qualifying matches between the last clubs to
qualify for Euro 2012, and most of those are being broadcast live only online on ESPN3, a handful
of interesting international friendlies and some early-round FA Cup matches.
