Chelsea is looking at former U.S. U-17 defender Neven Subotic to shore up its leaky defense. The 22-year-old Subotic plays for German leader Borussia Dortmund and is regarded as one of the top young defenders in Europe.
Subotic has been one of the key players for Dortmund, the runaway leader of the Bundesliga, and is valued at roughly $30 million.
