What does Cahill's arrival mean for David Luiz at Chelsea?

After reading (and posting) that Gary Cahill is about to sign for Chelsea and is rumoured to have asked for assurances of first team football at Chelsea ahead of Euro 2012, I just wonder what it means for David Luiz.
The more I think about it, the more I can see Luiz being asked to step sideways and play at RB for the remainder of the season to accommodate Cahill in the middle next to JT.
