It was an unusual night in the Copa Libertadores. To move into the competition's quarterfinals,
Santos defeated Bolivar 8-0, which was one goal away from its biggest win ever in the Copa
Libertadores (9-1 win over Paraguay's Cerro Porteno in 1962, when Pele was playing).
So much for the defending Copa Libertadores champions being shown an early exit.
Neymar scored two goals and had a hand in five others as Santos easily overturned a 2-1
first-leg deficit with an 8-0 demolition of Bolivian side Bolivar Thursday night to advance to the
tournament quarterfinals.

Friday at 6:00 pm in Carl Junction. The Wildcats are defending District champions, winning their
first ever title last year over the Marshfield Blue Jays in their 4th year of existence.
