Well it's November and that means Halloween is behind us. Still, October was a fantastic month in
MLS that offered us a fantastic finale to the league where matches truly mattered and we saw
Wild-Card matches where the fates of teams were decided. In less than a month we will have a new
champion and with that a new off season.

to a season in years. Liverpool sit joint third in the league with seven points and a plus four
goal differential keeping them above Chelsea.
Luis Suarez, Charlie Adam, Jordan Henderson and Martin Skrtel have all gotten off the mark in the
League while Suarez, Maxi Rodriguez and Andy Carroll all scored as the Reds advanced to the next
round of the Carling Cup.
Some would perhaps say it was inevitable, given the money spent, but the Premier League momentum is
most definitely with Manchester in the season's early running.
It isn't just the fact that both City and United are joint top of the league, but it is the
manner of their performances so far and in particular last weekend.
With the richest and possibly least affluent club due to face-off tonight, we have nearly
completed the first round of the EPL for 2011/12. It's hard to learn anything from these result,
but i'll make some bold predictions right here.
Wolves have enough to remain in the Premier League this year, as do Bolton and Stoke.
