I am perplexed, after last weeks draw with Norwich several fans came onto this blog to slam
Szczesny for his performance during the game. Whilst I admit it was not his best game I was shocked
at the tone of some of the criticism:
Szczesny is learning on the job and cost us valuable points with his inexperience
Do you know what, we are pointing finger at everybody, but the guy that did lose us the game, ie
Mr Bloody Szczesny.

You may have seen the ussoccer.com video of how U.S. U-17 WNT players get their homework done on
the road, and how they often help each other out with subjects that perhaps some grasp better than
others (if not, see the video below).
But tonight midfielder Lauren Kaskie took it to another level.
Chelski 0 – 0 Spurs
Awfully puzzling game this one, as you no doubt recall. The first half of dedicated
non-aggression was followed by Chelski probably edging things, only for our lot to carve out enough
clear-cut chances to hand out a right thrashing. Alas, the conclusion to draw was that our lot to a
man need to spend a full week engaged in nothing but shooting practice (or they could just stick
Defoe on the pitch, and watch as some of those chances miraculously cause the net to bulge).
Why Fulham shouldn't expect a Bale out at the Cottage today
This afternoon's clash at Craven Cottage shouldn't give Harry Redknapp's ticker any more trouble
as Spurs are in great recent form in the Premier League. Fulham have not beaten Tottenham in their
last five League meetings but did pump their London rivals 4-0 in the FA Cup last January.
By Clemente Lisi – NEW YORK, NY (Aug 23, 2011) US Soccer Players -- Goals are not all created
equal. Spanish-language TV announcers use the word golazo or bombazo to describe a great goal taken
from outside the penalty area. The Brits like to refer to one as a screamer or a cracker. Either
way, goals scored from outside the 18-yard box always get a rise in blood pressure from announcers.

How tough has this summer been for us Gooners? It is not over yet. I cannot
help it, but the transfer window activities during this summer remind me of Ravel's Bolero.
Unfortunately, this is not a reference to Bo Derek's question in the film ‘10': ‘Did you ever
do it to Ravel's Bolero?
Pomegranates have been described as the new "super fruit". Their juice contains high levels of
polyphenols, which have powerful antioxidant effects. It is also high in vitamins A, C and E, high
in folic acid and potassium. Drinking pomegranate juice has been linked to several health benefits
including reduced risk of cancer, lowered blood pressure and improved blood cholesterol.
This is not a test of your blood pressure, dear readers, this is an emergency.
Did you hear the one about Britain's best-known doting daddy, David Beckham, getting his
Goldenballs in gear to create a forthcoming kids clothing line with American rapper Snoop Dogg?
If this gossip holds true, this would be probably the closest case of mental combustion we'll
ever experience outside of watching our brains on drugs.
Football League 2 - Sunday 27th March
The clocks have gone forward, the end of the season is in sight, everyone seemed to have had a nice
lunch and despite the chill we were all set for a quiet game of Sunday football. A goalless draw
would have been very acceptable. Nothing too taxing or likely to raise the blood pressure and put
us off our teas.

Aston Villa have incurred the f**king wrath of gobshite Peterborough United director
Barry F**king Fry by submitting what he has branded as an 'insulting bid' for
Posh's highly-rated England U21 stopper Joe Lewis.
