The Hyundai A-League and by extension, the Football Federation of Australia reels from one
crisis to another. If it's not declining crowd numbers, owners threatening to close stands rather
than see empty seats, franchises folding, disastrous World Cup bids (corruption or not) or even
stars entering fan forums, then it's clubs failing to take advantage of the league's generous
marquee player policy.

You may have noticed that I (finally) added a blogroll to the left sidebar. In addition to being
listed on FanFeedr, we are now listed on Soccer Blogs! Check out both feeder sites, they have a
great selection of soccer/sports news, columns, blogs and headlines.
I'm certainly not the first one to look at possible replacements for Steve Nicol since his
departure two days ago. Several of our fellow Revs outlets (most of which are listed on our
blogroll to the left) have already put some names out there, some good, some bad, and some
baffling.
I'll get to that.
