Back again to give you Fantasy Premier League tips. Sorry for the lack of post in the last week, I
was sick and wasn't able to give my thoughts about that gameweek.
But as I said, now it's time to look at the gameweek 5.
Chelsea has been dominating in the first few rounds and as they now go against riser Blackpool on
their hometurf, it's very like Drogba, Anelka, Kalou, Essien and co keep on scoring goals and
collecting points.
Recommendations on teams (Buy, Hold, or Sell) based on their schedules through the month of
October. BUY Manchester City Juventus; NUFC; @Blackpool; Lech Poznan; Arsenal; @Wolves European
matches are at home and their Premier League opponents won't worry them. And yes, I'm including
Arsenal in that list.
You could be excused for being a bit maddened by the fact that many sides this week, have a
massive amount of key players either injured of doubtful ahead of their respective Week 6 fixtures.
Arsenal and Manchester City are hurting the most, both figuratively and literaly. Here's a quick
look at who is lounging in the physio's office:
Arsenal are missing five players ahead of their test with West Bromwich Albion.
This is the first of two consecutive weeks in which we expect the rankings to go through some
massive changes. Don't be scared, it happens every year. After the completion of five match days in
each league, the previous season's numbers are dropped from the calculations. Recall, last week, we
saw the changes happen in Ligue Un.
It's almost two years since Theo Walcott's finest hour in an England shirt. The Arsenal's man
smashed his way in to Fabio Capello's thoughts with a sublime hat-trick in England's 4-1 demolition
of Croatia. After slowly falling from grace since that day, the former Southampton man has started
this season with a bang, scoring four times in his last two games.

There really is little else around so I thought I'd reflect on the start to the season, and one
player in particular who looks re-born -Tomas Rosicky
This summer he was close to leaving, not of his own will I hastily add, but there has always
been big interest from Germany in him but Werder Bremen and Everton both inquired over his
availability as Arsenal were pursuing defenders from both the clubs, Phil Jagielka and Per
Mertesacker were the targets on the Arsenal side.
According to Steve Canavan at the Blackpool Gazette, Blackpool had a deal in
place with Portsmouth to sign striker David Nugent on a
season-long loan. However the teams could not complete the deal because they were unable to get in
touch with the striker.
Premier League football returns after the international break that saw it's usual spate of
injuries, outstanding performances and potential returns to form.
In the context of the title race it's still early but Chelsea and Arsenal have a relatively easy
game compared to Manchester United, while all English teams involved in Europe will also have an
eye on midweek's fixtures when they embark on their Champions League and Europa League group stage
games.
It was indeed another special afternoon of Premier League action and rest assured, a lot of
drama was involved throughout. From Goodison Park all the way down to the Emirates Stadium, there
was plenty of action that ended up impacting the league table in more ways than one.
The day started at Merseyside with Manchester United's visit to Everton.
While it has been Chelsea taking the Premier League by storm during the opening few weeks of the
season, their London rivals Arsenal have gradually been gradually continuing their solid start to
the campaign.
Arsene Wenger's side have been in very impressive form so far this season.

In the sixth round of fixtures in this Barclays Premier League season, things took quite a
shocking turn. Saturday's theme appeared to be upsets as the underdogs hit back at the expense of
their significantly more fancied counterparts.
The day's action began at Eastlands where Carlos Tevez inspired Manchester City to pick up a 1-0
win over defending champions Chelsea.

According to Blackpool's official website, the League has granted Blackpool
permission to sign FC Twente defender/midfielder David Carney for
an undisclosed fee. Carney signed a one-year deal with the club with a further one-year option.
Like Tottenham, Blackpool submitted the paperwork at the deadline and were
unsure whether the League would allow them to complete this deal.
For the first time Premier League teams had to name a 25-man squad for the first half of the EPL
season and there was a couple of surprises.
All 20 clubs had to submit a squad of up to 25 players containing no more than 17 players who do
not qualify as homegrown. Homegrown players are classed as players who "irrespective of his
nationality or age, has been registered with any club affiliated to the Football Association or the
Football Association of Wales for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or 36 months
prior to his 21st birthday".

Several EPL coaches, officials, and footballers have recently praised the new homegrown rule
that forces EPL clubs to only name 25 active footballers on their roster for the duration of the
season with 8 being considered homegrown, but many fans and footballers alike have pointed out the
obvious fact that the rule can be easily manipulated and that young English players are not always
guaranteed a spot on the roster even with the new rule.

In the press conference Arsene said the injury was 'short term' and said he's got a chance to

Having witnessed the destruction of Blackpool who stuck to their manager's laudable commitment
to open, attacking football, will Owen Coyle reconsider his tactics? Would you? Coyle had the
difficult task of developing a team who had been managed by two of the men most responsible for the
development of anti-football; Fat Sam and Gary Megson.
