During the off-season we'll be putting out a weekly open thread to discuss all things this community wants to discuss. While the launch point will be flavor (I like flavor) don't consider that a mandatory topic. The Montreal Impact continued their preparations for the 2012 MLS season by signing Ft. Lauderdale Strikers midfielder Bryan Arguez.

The former U.S. U-20 international, who had a stint with D.C. United in 2007, helped the Strikers reach the NASL Championship Series this past season.

Sodium takes the field against Utah on what is appropriately named "Black" Friday. Details to come.
