Manchester City may be level with Arsenal on points at the top of the Premier league table, but
the club is far from over the moon after a recent request from their star striker. The Guardian is
reporting that Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has handed in a transfer request to leave
Manchester City.
Arsene Wenger has aimed another dig at Chelsea, United and City by stating that he would never buy
world superstars while he is in charge at Arsenal, lives within his means and has accused us of
financial fair play again!.

povery, saying stuff like "well I don't want us to buy success any way" or we are "doing things the
right way" our morals would be swiftly dropped before you could say oil riches should a billionaire
Sheikh come calling.
Usually when a team has top spot in the Champions League group stage locked up going into the
final matchday, there is little emphasis put on the result of that team in that final group
fixture. Not so when you are Chelsea and are currently mired in a run of form that better suits the
Ken Bates era than the reign of the Roman Abramovich.
