It's getting old folks, the losing is getting old. First the Portland game on Saturday where the
Blues lost 3-1 and then it seemed we would bring back a point from Vancouver but with only 10
minutes left Miami conceded a goal followed by another a few minutes later that sealed our fate and
might keep us away from the playoffs for yet another season.
Manchester's billboard wars escalate! Manchester City supporters have made the latest move in a
poster battle with United fans. A spoof email featuring the slogan 'Welcome to Stretford' and a
hobbling Michael Owen has been doing the email rounds. City started the war with a provocative
'Welcome to Manchester' advertisement featuring Carlos Tevez shortly after capturing the [.
As the Manchester derby heats up for this weekend's clash between Manchester United and Manchester
City, you can clearly see that battle lines have been drawn.
This billboard of recent City signee Carlos Tevez in his new colors has sparked a lot of
controversy on the Trafford side of town.
It's a mouthful folks but we are happy to have him, Gale Agbossoumonde, standout defender for the
U.S. Under-20 National Team is a Miami FC player. Cry all you want Rev Fans he's not going to MLS,
nope.
Many might say: 'Why did he pick USL?' Well, I don't know the details except that it is a 3 1/2
year deal which will see Gale spend some time here in Miami and then move on to Brazil.
Manchester City unveiled the above billboard as a fun marketing ploy and snarky dig at Man Utd
last week, and as you can see it didn't take long for United fans to splatter the poster with red
paint.
But this smoldering civil war of trash talk and flying paint is far from its conclusion.
For me the answer is quite simply...yes!!
For years Arsenal have been the media's main interest in English football..Constantly harassing
us, making false allegations and to put it bluntly, talking absolute shit about us. No other
football team in England has been under the media microscope more than Arsenal and in recent
years, due to the lack of trophies and the apparent lack of funds, the situation has become worse,
but now they have a new play thing.
Following the billboard that Man City paid for in Manchester City Centre last week. Sir Alex
Ferguson has clearly been rattled by City's antics and has decided to go out on the offensive by
launching some blistering attacks on the Eastlands club.
"It's City isn't it? They are a small club with a small mentality," he said.
I am not a big Car lover but I have to admit to being impressed by this automobile, just hope
that it gives him plenty of enjoyment and helps get him to his Physio appointments on time!
Striker Michael Owen has celebrated his move to Manchester United by splashing out
£170,000 on the latest Ferrari supercar.
Sir Alex Ferguson exposed Emmanuel Adebayor and his agent's last minute calls to Chelsea and
Manchester United in the hope that they would hijack the striker's move from Arsenal to Manchester
City. It is quite amusing to read that the claim was in respond to the Tevez billboard in the City
Center, not too sure [.
Former England manager Sir Bobby Robson has died of cancer aged 76. He had been battling the
disease in various forms since 1992.
Robson will be best remembered for taking England to within a penalty-shoot out at the 1990
World Cup, but he also enjoyed success both domestically and with European clubs and had the kind
of record that few modern managers can equal.
The Blues continue their playoff hunt this Friday August 14th against the Minnesota Thunder 8 pm at
Lockhart Stadium! We need all fans in South Florida out there to support Miami FC!
Be sure to get out to the stadium early as the Miami Ultras will be offering free beer starting at
6pm at the Tailgate!
If by chance your vision was impaired to the point that you would somehow guess that the above
mural depicts Emmanuel Adebayor (and not an even more severely burned Carlos Tevez), then you would
be correct. Amazingly.
Says Man City's official website:
People visiting the Arndale Centre in Manchester today will have been greeted by a huge visual
graphic of our Togolese striker Emmanuel Adebayor adorning the floors of Halle Square, just outside
the CityStore.
All the stuff being covered outside the unfriendly confines of the award winning Dirty
Tackle...

Jermain Defoe was in jail for five hours yesterday.
Manchester City have sought to rub salt in to the wounds of United fans bitter at Carlos Tevez's
defection from red to blue by producing a huge city centre poster enforcing their belief that City
are the only true Manchester club. After protracted negotiations, Tevez signed a five-year contract
with Manchester United's cross-town rivals, Manchester City, [.

So what did I tell you? It's not easy to be a sports photographer!
Factors like ground survey before the game, the lighting of the venue, etc.
And the likeliness of having players crashed onto you! Like the depicted collage which compiled the
frame-by-frame shot of Balestier's Korean import Oh In Kyun being overpowered by DPMM's Sairol
Sahari and Safari Wahit.
The end of the campaign Remember the Manchester billboard/Photoshop wars? Well, United fans have
had the final say on it (for now, at least) after being presented with the perfect picture to do
so. Winning goalscorer (and billboard star) Little Mickey Owen took a trip past fellow protagonist
Carlos Tevez during his celebrations.
Steven Gerrard does some shopping with a mate in Manchester city centre. He's looking at the
giant, "Call us! xox" billboard we had put up for the occasion.
Tottenham's Carlo Cudicini has two fractured wrists and suspected broken pelvis after a motorcycle
crash in North London.
Yes, nothing says eager anticipation like a billboard of a man with a football pattern cut into
his hair getting orally violated by a vuvuzela.

As some cliche-ridden commentators repeatedly state "you can only beat what's in front of you"
and that's what Sir Alex's men did in this one. Some quality goals amongst the 8 scored by Man
United including two more for Michael Owen and a second half hat-trick for Ryan Giggs.
- Man United Striker the Target of (Fake) Billboard Abuse!
Well hello there.
I see you've caught me on a billboard. Does that turn you on? Is this your idea of a big sack of
sexy? ... No to both question? What if I told you that I paid a lot of money for this Berba
billboard and they specifically said that they would not give me a refund if beautiful ladies like
yourself don't find it sexy?
