me.
Sir Alex Ferguson has been told he can have prime target Karim Benzema – if he comes up with

sell. But now they [.

Juventus are weighing up moves for Arsenal duo Bacary Sagna and Emmanuel Eboue,
according to reports.
Bayern Munich lived up to their nickname FC Hollywood after they qualified for the last 16 of
this season's Champions League in truly dramatic fashion. They never seem to do the task in hand
the easy way. Drama always seems to surround the Germans (and sometimes it's not in their favour
either).
Juventus have officially confirmed the capture of Brazilian playmaker Diego Ribas da Cunha from
Werder Bremen. The Bianconeri have paid Werder a fee of 24.5m euros for the 24 year old, a figure
that could rise to 27 million euros in the future. Diego joined Werder Bremen from FC Porto in 2006
for €6m, and has [.
What a deal! The Rumour Juventus are keen to open swap talks with Liverpool over midfielder Xabi
Alonso. Juve came close to landing Xabi from Liverpool last summer and Gazzetta dello Sport says
they're ready to try again after seeing a deal for Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino collapse
this week.
One of the players playing extremely well at the moment is Genoa fantasista Raffaele
Palladino. Palladino has always been a player that could do things with the ball that
others could only dream of doing, but he never had the consistency to show that talent at a high
level.
A number of players can stake a claim for being part of the best team in the world at this early
period of the European domestic leagues. However, very few players standout the way those listed
below have in terms of their contribution to their team, their role as leaders, and certainly their
crucial involvement in their respective clubs.
According to reports in the Corriere dello Sport, Juventus directors have added Liverpool central
defender Daniel Agger to their summer hit-list. The Old Lady will have to beat competition from
Serie A rivals Milan, who have been frequently linked with a move for the 24-year-old in recent
weeks.
Press reports in Italy suggest the Old Lady are on Liverpool's Xabi Alonso trail again. Juventus
appear set to make a move for Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso once again this summer. The Old Lady
seemed on the verge of signing the midfielder last summer but the move eventually collapsed and the
Bianconeri plumped for Danish international Christian [.
Who will Ciro Ferrara bring to the Old Lady?
With the silly season well underway, Juventus have been busy trying to strengthen their squad
ahead of the 2009/2010 season. A few pieces of business have already been agreed, Fabio Cannavaro
has signed from Real Madrid, long term target Diego was brought in from Werder Bremen for a €24
million.
Juventus' search for a left-back has apparently come to rest on Liverpool's Andrea Dossena, but
Napoli and Roma are also competing with the Bianconeri to sign the 27-year-old.
"The situation is still in the balance - Napoli, Roma and Juventus are after him," Dossena's agent,
Roberto La Florio, explained to Il Corriere dello Sport.
Italian giants sniffing (not literally) around talented Frenchman.
Juventus have laid eyes on Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna as they draw up plans for the
right side of their defence.
According to Tuttosport, Sagna is on top of the hit-list at Vinovo and director Alessio Secco is
reportedly very keen to land him.
If you thought that Napoli's injury time brace, which handed the club a 2-2 draw at home to AC
Milan, was its comeback of the week, think again. The underperforming Naples outfit has suddenly
brought an end to an indifferent spell by stunning Serie A contenders Juventus 3-2 this evening,
and that too away from home.
The victory against Inter was not backed by a vintage performance but served as a reprieve for
Ciro Ferrara who is under intense pressure from the tifosi to bring glory back to the Old Lady
following a summer spending campaign which included the signing of Brazilians Diego and Felipe Melo
for considerable sums.

L'Internazionale si avvia a conquistare il suo terzo scudetto consecutivo sul campo. L'albo

Reports in The Daily Mirror claim that Juventus might launch a fresh bid for Liverpool midfield
star Xabi Alonso this summer after failing to land the 27-year-old last year.
The Bianconeri seemed on the verge of securing the services of the former Real Sociedad man last
summer, but the transfer eventually fell through and they plumped for Danish international
Christian Poulsen, amid protests from the fans who had set their sights on the classy Spanish
international.
Juventus have been one of the most disappointing Italian clubs in 2009, especially recently, as
they have failed to record a league win in their past six attempts.
In fact, the Bianconeri have not tasted victory for almost two months now, when they easily
accounted for Roma 4-1 at the Stadio Olimpico.
I was not surprised to read that Juventus have fired Claudio Ranieri and replaced him with their
former defender Ciro Ferrara with the Bianconeri in danger of missing out on automatic
qualification for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
Our Serie A site has been covering this story for a couple of weeks now, as Juve have slipped
further out of the title race, the cries for Ranieri's head have grown increasingly louder.
The Bianconeri could be involved in a swap deal which will see the strikers David Trezeguet and
Karim Benzema change places. Juventus have highlighted Lyon hitman Karim Benzema as the perfect
replacement for David Trezeguet and could be poised to broker a deal that will see the two prolific
strikers swap places this summer.

agreed to a $34.32 million transfer fee for the Brazilian playmaker on Tuesday.

with the Bianconeri.
Juventus forward Vincenzo Iaquinta, a member of the club since 2007, has resigned with the club
through 2013.
The Italian international scored 12 league goals this season for the Bianconeri, Serie A's 2008-09
second-place side.
Iaquinta commented at the club's official website:
"I am very proud to have extended my deal with Juventus, this means I have done
well.

According to reports in Spain, los Merengues have dropped their interest in David Villa and will

and has fallen on Olympique Lyonnais goal-getter Karim Benzema, according to Marca, as reported by
French news agency AFP.
According to Tuttosport, the Juventus board have given Alessio Secco the all clear to sign
Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso.
The Bianconeri tried to buy Alonso last year, only for Claudio Ranieri to turn his attention to
Christian Poulsen.
Tuttosport understands Juventus want the 27-year-old Spain international to anchor their midfield
so Diego can fully express his talent.
The midfielder Miralem Pjanic is confident that his team-mate Karim Benzema will go to England this

Italy international Andrea Dossena is happy in Liverpool and is no longer looking to return to his
homeland, the player's agent revealed.
The former Udinese full-back has been sending mixed signals to the Press. First he claimed he
wanted to stay in the Premier League and then offered himself to Juventus, before changing his mind
again.
According to Udinese sporting director Sergio Gasperin, Liverpool are keeping an eye on midfielder
Gaetano D'Agostino, but he is still likely to sign for Juventus.
"I can confirm the interest of the foreign club [Liverpool], but these are only inquiries, there is
nothing concrete," he told tuttomercatoweb.
Premier League rivals Liverpool and Everton are expected to fight a Merseyside derby for Juventus
midfielder Christian Poulsen.
The stopper, who has been linked with an exit from Turin, seems to have attracted interest from the
two Liverpool-based sides.
Lee Anderson, Poulsen's English representative, has revealed both clubs have made enquiries for the
Danish international.
indossare i panni europei.
Juventus are about to rekindle their interest in Liverpool's Javier Mascherano for next summer's
transfer window.
According to Il Corriere Dello Sport, the Bianconeri are drawing up early plans for the winter, but
the idea is likely to materialise later on next year.
The report suggests Mascherano had considered leaving the Reds during the summer for Spanish giants
Barcelona, but the move never took off the ground.
The Great Serie A Game posts continue with Roma-Juve 2003/2004. The 2003/2004 season was an
interesting one. Milan, fresh from a Champions League victory and with some new young Brazilian
player named Kaka, were dominating Serie A. While Marcello Lippi's Juve looked to
be favorites to combat the Rossoneri to the Scudetto, it was not the case.
Video goal highlights from the midweek Juventus vs Sampdoria Serie A game on October 28, 2009-
Wednesday. Juventus are third in the table going into this game, while Sampdoria, thanks to their
impressive start to the season, are a place above the Bianconeri. Kicks off at 19.45 UK time at the
