Cedric Benson has decided to go to jail. He was recently sentenced to 20 days as a result of pleading no contest last month in an incident with an ex-roommate. Following that incident, he was charged with assault with bodily injuries. Pictures that surfaced online showed Benson's ex-roommate with injuries to his face.
