The rosters for the 2012 NFL Pro Bowl were announced on Tuesday. Although there weren't many
surprises, there are a number of exciting young players added to the mix. Here's a complete look at
the AFC Pro Bowl rosters for 2012:

Tom Brady has made a career out of owning the Pittsburgh Steelers. On Sunday, the Steelers
finally got some revenge. While holding Brady in check and getting a great performance out of Ben
Roethlisberger, the Steelers won by a final score of 25-17.
Roethlisberger finished 36-for-50 for 365 passing yards and two touchdowns.
Hines Ward is one of the toughest players in the NFL. However, unfortunately for the Pittsburgh
Steelers, he's not going to be able to play this week. Ward is suffering from a sprained ankle that
forced him to sit out the fourth quarter of last week's contest against the Arizona Cardinals.
Although he was listed as questionable all week, he wasn't able to even warm up before today's
game.
The 2011 fantasy football season is almost here. After the NFL lockout, the fun is finally about
to start. Who are the best fantasy football quarterbacks for the 2011 NFL season? Here's our look
at the quarterback rankings for fantasy football 2011:
1. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
With a Super Bowl ring under his belt, Aaron Rodgers can let it fly early and often this year.
Katie Brewer, Glendale Falcons (2010)
As the Spring season gets off to a slow start, I'd like to point to an increasingly important issue
within sports. Two of the finest players produced in the State of Missouri have both seen their
careers cut short due to concussions. Lori Chalupny first dealt with issues in 2006 and now, at the
age of 26, is likely no longer able to play for the US Women's team.
When you think of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, you likely think of Tom Brady and Peyton
Manning. Or maybe Michael Vick, Philip Rivers or Peyton's little brother. It's time to wake up. The
best quarterback in the NFL is kissing a Super Bowl championship trophy tonight. His name is Super
Bowl MVP Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers.
Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers beat Ben Roethlisberger and his Pittsburgh
Steelers to win the Super Bowl XLV. The Packers held a 21-10 half-time lead, and finished
the game with a 6-point victory, 31-25.

There have been things I've been thinking about things that have happened lately, but as I'm on
sabbatical from social media for a bit and I've been focusing on some other things since the start
of the new year, I'll just dump them all into one post for now:
- I could write a whole bunch (and have, in comments here) on the whole USSF/NASL/USL thing, but
Fake Sigi does his usual thorough job here, so just read that and I'll get back
with you on that.
After the Pittsburgh Steelers grabbed a 24-0 lead over the New York Jets, it appeared as if the
Steelers would easily advance to the Super Bowl. However, the Jets defense locked up, the Jets
offense got in gear and the comeback was on. As it turned out, it was too little, too late for New
York. The game ended with the score 24-19 after Ben Roethlisberger's clutch pass for a first down
sealed the affair.
Um, yeah. I'm not sure how to explain this video. As you can see, Rashard Mendenhall decided to
hump Ben Roethlisberger in the closing moments of the Pittsburgh Steelers victory over the New York
Jets. Obviously, advancing to the Super Bowl is exciting although, one would imagine there are
better ways to celebrate the excitement than humping your quarterback on national television.
On Sunday, there will be two great NFL games. The games will decide who will advance to the
Super Bowl. In the NFC, the Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers. In the AFC, the Pittsburgh
Steelers host the New York Jets. Who is going to win? Here are the official EveryJoe predictions
for the latest games of the NFL postseason:
Chicago Bears vs.
All week long, the New York Jets said they were going to beat the New England Patriots on
Sunday. And guess what? the Jets did just that. No one thought the Jets actually had a chance but
they went into New England and handed the Patriots a 28-21 defeat. To make it to the Super Bowl,
the Jets now have to go out on the road and beat the Pittsburgh Steelers.
At the half, the Baltimore Ravens had to be thrilled. Thanks to a couple turnovers by the
Pittsburgh Steelers, the Ravens had a 14-7 at intermission. The second half, however, was all
Pittsburgh. Thanks to more clutch heroics by Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers came roaring back to
win by a final score of 31-24.
