I had a feeling that CONCACAF would make its decision on the Nicaraguan and Belizean teams in the Champions League at the last possible minute. Indeed they have -- Real Estelí and whoever is the Belizean Premier League champion (Belize Defence Force or George Town Ibayani) will be shut out of the CCL for the second consecutive year.
