Former Chicago Fire and Dallas Burn player Lubos Kubik is the latest addition to United States National Team coach Bob Bradley's staff. Kubik was officially announced as an assistant on Tuesday, in the run-up to Wednesday's friendly in Amsterdam. He was Peter Nowak's assistant coach for the Beijing Olympics.
