Chinese football is, as we know by now, fraught with seemingly limitless issues, paramount among
them a sporting culture that is overly violent. So forming a team made up entirely of Chinese
players, those from the youth system of Beijing Guoan, to travel overseas and develop in another
country would appear to be, at least on the surface, a very good idea.
