In another adventure of the saga called As the Stomach Turns, Jack Warner blasted back at Roy Keane
with comments that you can read in this article. You know its funny, I've been to Ireland many
times and I never realized that it was such a large country. Jack Warner truly is a clown and an
example of all that is wrong in this game.
In my never-ending quest for quality entertainment, I recently discovered that MLS has put out a
new DVD for me to add to my collection. It's called "Gamebreakers: The Stars of Major League
Soccer", and it allows me, the viewer to, "(c)elebrate the exhilarating action of the
world-class stars of Major League Soccer with a high-energy look at clutch, game-winning moments
steeled in the red-hot forge of the beautiful game.
If you're a fan of GolTV than you are a fan of Ray Hudson. The former Newcastle United player and
D.C. United and Miami Fusion manager has become the most colorful commentator on the beautiful game
in the U.S. and...
I've been dreaming for the great one to journey to my hometown of Portland, Oregon, for many...
well, two years now. Not as a member of my club the Timbers, not in the flesh, but in 24-frames per
second. Moving pictures... in the hyper-reality of cinema... in the celluloid guise of the
brilliant film Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait.
When Sheffield Wednesday and Burnley FC have visited Cary over the last couple of years, our
supporters club has hosted their traveling fans for some social events before and after those
matches. Fans from both clubs expressed genuine amazement at how friendly we were towards visiting
supporters.
This was so two days ago, but who cares. I hesitate to ask what is so pressing that John must
removed his pants in the tunnel leading toward the locker room, rather than waiting until he's
within the cozy confines. [Spotted on The Beautiful Game]
Pretty simple one here :- The RFK stadium in Washington will probably never forget this footballer,
for he scored one of the finest goals in the history of the beautiful game there. The referee of
this game has also officiated in a Champions League final featuring Real Madrid. The team that he
scored the goal [.
Today the American soccer community mourns the loss of one of it's true icons with the midweek
discovery that Shep Messing's mustache is dead. This unexpected loss was first made public by Mr.
Messing when he appeared on the set of episode 67 of ExtraTime without what one female acquaintance
remembers as "the most enjoyable ride in New York that isn't at Coney Island.
Arsenal Premiership: Class gap a chasm as Blackburn given the run-around
Arsenal and their Premiership ambitions were given a huge boost after this performance. Star of the
show, was England man Walcott.
Walcott's pace and vision made the opening goal for Robin van Persie and his continual pacey runs
constantly showed up the immobile Blackburn defence and midfield.
It was a hectic weekend here in Erie, but one that I wouldn't mind living again. I posted early
last week that I'd be taking a brief leave of absence to get situated at college, which is what
I've been doing for the past few days.
Clearly I've missed a lot in the soccer world with the transfer deadline having come and gone and a
whole round of fixtures played.

Football is not always a beautiful game; sometimes bookings are necessary. Thankfully, we're on
hand to keep all these bookings straight. There are 34 distinct offences that the DFB considers
bookable. In their honor I've written this paean to the punished: We are here not to castigate but
to celebrate these masters of [.
What a remarkable show the Arsenal youngsters put on against Sheffield United in the Carling Cup
last night. A team with an average age of nineteen saw off the pretty decent Championship outfit
6-0. Arsenal's youngsters handed Sheffield United a football lesson as they eased into the fourth
round. Nicklas Bendtner scored twice as he begins to look as though he may fulfill his promise,
nineteen year old Carlos Vela struck an excellent hat-trick and sixteen year old Jack Wilshere
added another.

For two years, RailHawks' fans have enjoyed excellent coverage of our favorite soccer team by Cary
News sportswriter Tim Candon.
But TSF has learned that Tim has left the Cary News to become the editor of HighSchoolOT.com, a new
local high school sports website produced in concert with WRAL and 99 The Fan sports radio.
Through 4 games, Arsenal have 9 points, and the starting strikers, Robin Van Persie and Emmanuel
Adebayor, have each scored 3 goals. It's rare to have two players on the same team score 20 league
goals, but Arsenal could do it this year.
Last season, Arsenal earned a whopping 83 points, and although it wasn't enough to win the league,
clearing the 80-point threshold is a big accomplishment, one that often does result in the league
title, and one that Arsenal could repeat, if these strikers can keep up their early-season form.
Just like Jeff Cunningham's career the FC Dallas blog has been resurrected.
I'm Louis, a 21 year old college student who loves the beautiful game. I like to watch a little
bit of everything but my favorite is MLS and the US National Team. I'm thrilled to be writing for
The Offside and will be bringing you the latest Hoops news, fiery opinions, and general nonsense
for seasons to come.
I listen to several different football podcasts and try to read as much about the beautiful game
as possible (while trying not to get fired from my other job that actually pays me money). In the
past few days I have noticed a disturbing trend in the coverage of Manchester United's newest
player, Dimitar Berbatov.
Arsene Wenger is faced with an interesting problem. Last week he watched his youngsters and
reserves destroy a decent Championship outfit in Sheffield United, 6-0 in the Carling Cup. On
Saturday, he watched his much lauded first team go down 2-1 at home to newly promoted Hull. The
question is, how much better than the reserves are the first team?
The new subscription structure of Football Is Fixed includes provision for a couple of Flashback

continuation of the arguments set out in the original post.
The following post was published on April 21st 2008.
Accountability and football in England go together like Michael Bolton's voice and opera: badly.
You can count on one finger the amount of people who are accountable to lovers of the beautiful
game and even then you'd struggle to work out who. There are those who should be accountable, but
they wriggle under so many [.
The Football Manager series is the best, most realistic soccer simulation game out there, bar none.
It satisifies the itch you can't even begin to scratch by playing games like FIFA and Pro Evolution
Soccer, which don't delve deep enough into off-field matters and what it's really like to build and
lead a team.

London Informer/Paul Warburton - Warbo's Word: 'How to run a football club' by
QPR
With a trio of super-rich owners at the helm clubs are looking at QPR for tips on how to make their
finances work best.
Interesting that Newcastle owner Mike Ashley covets QPR as a "model" for his own club.
It's not unusual for knackered old has-beens to spoil a decent game of soccer. Anyone unlucky to
have caught Carsten Jancker lumber through his final days at SV Mattersburg will attest to that.
But never has a dried-up, former superstar managed to get a match cancelled, however lame their
performance.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been pretty good recently when it comes to moaning but he was back
to his best after last night's draw at Dynamo Kiev. Wenger was furious at the lack of protection
afforded to Theo Walcott.
"The referee should have sent off the left-back three times at least because he destroyed
Walcott.

Long-suffering QPR fans forced to jump through financial hoops
With Rangers doing well on and off the pitch, it's galling for many fans that ticket prices have
been hiked
There's always a price for success. For Julius Caesar it was a backstreet spinal tap, for a
post-Croatia Theo Walcott it's the sour breath of a thousand hulking full-backs on his neck and for
the Stereophonics it was, well, you've heard Just Enough Education To Perform, right?
I know, I know. I promised 31 straight days of posts and what happened?
Anyways, I'm here.
As you know, I also write for New African Soccer magazine.
What is that? According to the site:
New African Soccer Magazine is the only monthly English language magazine and ezine dedicated to
African football.
Because you're someone who lives and breathes the beautiful game, I want to tap your knowledge for
a couple of minutes to find out what are the obstacles and/or pains you encounter when trying to
watch or follow the Premier League on a weekly basis. Sure, HD broadcasts of games would be
wonderful, but what - [.
