Exclusive photographic evidence of Ryan Shawcross making his way to the Emirates stadium has found
its way to me this morning. This scoop comes courtesy of the large party of security staff who are
travelling with this rare primitive northern beast in order to protect his delicate and innocent
frame from those nasty neanderthal Arsenal supporters.
The problem with overhead goals is that while nice, most of them involve something of a
herky-jerky motion which ruins the overall aesthetic (style is everything). And it's not fair to
blame this on the players, since it's the nature of a very difficult beast it's special for this
very reason.
It felt like forever waiting to watch United play again. After that incredible display against
Blackburn followed up by the dismal showing against West Ham, I for one was eager to see which team
would show up next. Unfortunately, our game over the weekend got cancelled due to the weather. So,
our players were well rested and probably itching to get out there.
Was the uninspiring half of a two-pronged transfer that also brought Andy Reid to the club. Not a
lot of people remember that. Immediately showed he was the one we would have been excited about
with a beast of a debut performance away at Liverpool - you know, the one where Edman scored from a
million yards out.
With your fantasy football team in the playoffs, you lived or died with how your players
performed this week. If any of these players are on your fantasy football team, you are a very
happy fantasy owner right now. With so many superstars failing this week, one big performance might
have been enough to lift your team.
