Before Michael Ngoo signed for Liverpool he was on trial at Manchester United, and played in the
recent 'Milk Cup' tournament. Here is some good footage of the player in action against Club
Cantolao.
The footage is hosted on the BBC website - click here to view --->>>

Arsenal Boss Wenger and Sir Alex appear to have become the best of friends.
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has backed Uefa's decision to ban Arsenal
striker Eduardo for two Champions League matches for diving.
The Croatia forward was found guilty of deceiving referee Manuel Gonzalez to win a penalty
against Celtic in August.
No sooner was the Chelsea ban on transfers announced than BBC Radio 5 rushed out an interview with
an ex-KGB player who linked this case with the Eduardo case. It was one of the most sickening
pieces of anti-Arsenal propoganda yet launched in the media war on Arsenal. Chelsea are banned from
signing new players [.
First off, Kickette has some shots of the children in some interesting get-ups. Love the hat and
sunglasses.
Also, I hear David Beckham has his kids watch BBC on television so they'll appreciate their
heritage and language.
Sadly, more BBC means more fire-breathing Gordon Ramsay on TV.
I ran across this excellent video featuring David Coleman and Jimmy Hill from BBC presenting
highlights from the 1982 World Cup in Spain, which was one of the most entertaining in terms of
football.
In this particular episode, the video includes highlights of the game between Poland and Belgium
at the Nou Camp Stadium.
Some players for an Honduran team caused quite a stir after a celebratory smooch.
They say the photo is deceiving, and that they kissed on the cheek.
I dunno. Judge for yourselves.

This is what makes the transfer deadline so damn amusing.
Good News.
Standard Chartered Bank is to become the main sponsor of Liverpool football club after
signing a four-year deal.
The agreement, which begins in July, runs to the end of the 2013-14 season and will end Liverpool's
17-year association with brewer Carlsberg.
During the summer transfer window the former Manchester United man was linked with a potential
move to Tottenham and even Arsenal and Chelsea were mentioned as potential avenues of employment,
but who would welcome the 34 year old to their club?
England midfielder David Beckham has suggested that he could make a return to the
Premier League.
This post is a bit late (understatement of the year) but as the saying goes, better late than
never. This DVD focuses on the season just gone. Like the season it puts us the viewer on a
rollercoaster ride all the way through.
The review made by Gooners for Gooners, is presented by the comedian Paul Kaye who happens to be
just one of the Gooners who are utterly frank in their assessment of the 2008-2009 season.
You saw what?

Speaking to the press on Thursday at UEFA's elite coaches forum, Alex Ferguson agreed that
something has to be done to eradicate diving from the game and that UEFA took the decision on
Eduardo to set a marker for the rest of the season.
But while the Beeb would have you believe (along with a fantastic photo) that Ferguson was
backing UEFA's ban on Eduardo, what was far more interesting and relevant were his comments about
Wenger's reactions to the ban.

- Portsmouth sign a former Manchester United star player. Unfortunately for Pompey, it's Danny
Webber - who was a star for United in the U-17 team - famously scoring 16 goals in 11 appearances

So there you have it, a three match ban for this rather horrific stamping. Whether Robin Van
Persie lunges is another matter, clearly he didn't deserve to be kicked in the face by his former
teammate. Also the Dutchman didn't even touch Adebayor and may even have touched the ball.
Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor has been suspended for three matches for
violent conduct during the win against Arsenal on 12 September.

Telegraph Sport can reveal that Spurs are trying to sign Anton Ferdinand from
Sunderland.
The 24-year-old central defender has been tracked by Spurs for some time – they attempted to sign
him when he was at West Ham – but he chose to move to Sunderland for £8 million.
Isn't it amazing how long it takes Fifa to put put five words together and then act upon them.
Football's transfer system is flawed and everybody knows it, so why is it only now that
constructive action is being taken?
The biggest problem faced by the current system is the widespread tapping-up of players and the
lack of either a deterrent or preventative measures.

Afternoon all,
the latest news is that the BBC understand that Arshavin has aggravated his groin injury and he
will miss the next three weeks.
I will be brutally honest here, a player deciding whether they are fit or not is a massive,
massive mistake because they will want to do anything to get out on the pitch and play.
Southampton police have contacted the FA regarding the Matt Le Tissier betting scandal.
The former Southampton captain and England international admitted gambling on a Premier League game
in which he was playing.
Le Tissier admitted in his autobiography, Taking Le Tiss, that he gambled on the time of the first
throw in the Saints' 2-0 win at Wimbledon in April 1995.
It would be very harsh on Arsenal if Emmanuel Adebayor will not be banned after his behaviour in
last Saturday's game which the Gunners lost 4-2 away from home against Manchester City.
Speaking of the celebrations following his goal and the incident with former team-mate Robin Van
Persie, FA chief executive Ian Watmore told BBC radio on Sunday:
Our governance team will take a good look at both of the incidents that have been highlighted
and will come to the media with the answers early next week.
Eduardo's two match ban has been overturned by Uefa! This has just been reported on the BBC
Sport website, more news is to follow....
The Croatian was suspended after being found guilty of simulation in the Champions League
qualifier against Celtic on 26 August.
But on Monday, Uefa accepted Arsenal's appeal and he will now be eligible to play in their Group
H games against Standard Liege and Olympiakos.

BBC Sport's roving reporter Sam Lyon: "It doesn't take a genius to work out that
Tottenham's training ground in Chigwell could be busier than a one-legged Riverdancer today, but I

Pompey, currently bottom of the table after losing all four league games, have not confirmed the

Portsmouth. The 25 year old international completed a move thought to be in the region of just £2
million in the final moments of English football's famously frantic deadline day.
