The UT men (5-0-1) came out on top in their Sunshine State Conference debut over Barry University
(3-3-1) on Saturday in front of a crowd of 451. The 2-1 result preserved an unbeaten record for the
Spartans.
Freshman Brian Fekete scored his first career goal right before halftime in the forty-third minute
to give UT a 1-0 lead going into the break.

The Spartans (4-0-1) open their Sunshine State Conference schedule tonight by entertaining Barry
(3-2-1). UT lost their number one ranking with a draw to West Florida in their last outing and will
be looking forward to starting their climb back to the top tonight.

College soccer is right around the corner and you can find the Division II Spartans full schedule
on their website. The Spartans are members of the Sunshine State Conference and were eliminated in
the NCAA Division II semifinals in 2008. So come out and support collegiate soccer this fall at UT.
