Sometimes Wikipedia, despite often lacking the neutral tone of your average encyclopedia, does
describe things best in fact, precisely because of that. Witness the entry on Peter

I'm going to assume that you partied like it was 2010 last night, safe in the knowledge that this
means the transfer window is swinging wide open once again. But, who should we be bringing in. The
most important business is already done, with Ryan Shotton and Carl Dickinson safely signing loan

Steven Gerrard rescued Liverpool again with an equaliser at the Madejski Stadium to earn an FA Cup
third-round replay against Reading and avoid an embarrassing defeat.
It was hardly the most influential performance from Gerrard but the Liverpool skipper produced a
goal when his side needed it most, as he does so often, meaning the two clubs will meet again at
Anfield.
In a season that has already delivered so many lows, Liverpool contrived to dip even further.
Having made public the importance of the FA Cup given current form, the players put on a pathetic
performance, one for which they should appologise to the fans who made the trip to Reading to watch
them play.
I blame the ground staff; they shouldn't have done such a good job to keep the game on. It really
was that bad. We didn't play so, so poorly, having a lot of possession. The problem came in the

And here we go again. Wednesday with their annual visit to Oakwell, to do battle. The Football

Mark Robins would have more than a case for being the best manager of this Championship season but
his players let him down today. The former C. D. Ourense and Panionios man has been scathing of his
players in his post match comments and little wonder: they didn't muster a shot on goal in the 1-0
reverse at the Madejski Stadium and such meek capitulation to a team occupying the penultimate slot
