Despite having only played for Barcelona for somewhere around 8 minutes, Cesc Fabregas already
has a trophy to his name after the Catalans beat Real Madrid 3-2 in the second-leg (the first leg
finished 2-2) of the Spanish Supercopa final at the Camp Nou last night.
Sky Sports announced this morning that they have suspended presenters Richard Keys and Andy Gray
due to the sexist comments they made about female assistant referee Sian Massey and West Ham United
vice-chairwoman Karren Brady.
"I have spoken directly to both Richard Keys and Andy Gray this morning," said Barney Francis,
managing director of Sky Sports.
Andy Gray has officially been released from his contract at SkySports it has
been revealed today. This follows the sexist comment incident that took place at the weekend, for
which Gray received a warning.
But, in the days since, an incident that took place in December has caused the English company
to part ways with the controversial soccer pundit.

"It is disappointing that Richard's career at Sky should end in these circumstances," said
Barney Francis, managing director of Sky Sports. "However, Richard recognises that his comments at
the weekend were unacceptable and we note that he has made a full and public apology.

As you may be aware, UEFA handed Gennaro Gattuso a four-match ban for his little tete-a-tete
with Tottenham assistant Joe Jordan last week which, in addition to the original one-match
suspension he incurred by picking up a booking earlier in the evening , means that the Milan
scrapper will now be unavailable for the next five of the Italian club's upcoming fixtures.
BBC2 will be debuting a film on Sunday at 9pm GMT entitled "United." The film tells the true story
