The Puerto Rico Islanders' 2010 USSF D2 season begins on April 21st when they face the NSC Minnesota at Juan Loubriel Stadium in Bayamón.

As part of the Islanders pre-season, they defeated last Thursday the Bayamón FC, a fellow Puertorican team also participating with the Islanders in the 2010 CFU Club Championships.

Week 4 of WPS took place at the same hour, same day and same coast. All 4 games this weekend were played at 6 pm on the east coast, on Saturday with a special FSC broadcast of the Sky Blue FC-FC Gold Pride match up that day. This weekend saw the Chicago Red Stars earn their first win of the season against a very strong Boston Breakers side, and that was the big story that came out of WPS.

Women's Professional Soccer announced the starting 22 players for its 2010 WPS All-Star Game presented by U.S. Coast Guard Reserve which kicks-off at 8pm ET on June 30 at KSU Soccer Stadium in Kennesaw, Ga. After a narrow escape against Metro State on Sunday, the Western Washington Vikings produced a highlight reel of goals against Colorado Christian University 6-0.

Following the tight 2-1 game on Sunday, the Vikings put three goals up in the first half. Forward Gibson Bardsley scored a hat trick and midfielder Darragh Simm had a goal and an assist in the rout.
