Financial times are tough, in case you hadn't noticed, so plenty of big companies are taking
another look at how some of their advertising/sponsorship money is being spent and whether or not
that's the greatest of ideas in the current climate. One of these companies is Barclay's, which

With the recent revelation that Barclays may be rethinking it's sponsorship of the English Premier
League, it's time to start imagining a future without them. If we're honest, most football fans
won't care. Because the only people who ever called it the Barclays Premier League were those who
were contractually obliged to.
