You can't keep a good footballing nation down and while the state of
Yugoslavia has been
consigned to the world of dusty old Len Deighton novels, the nations that formed that Eastern Bloc
political contrivance continue to produce good (if not great) footballing teams.
In the years that followed the brutal war in the Balkans which resulted in the break up of
Yugoslavia, it was
Croatia who kept the footballing flame alive internationally.

Valencia, y no con mucha competencia que digamos.
Los que pelean por un lugar en la Liga Europea, El Depor, Mallorca, Sevilla, Getafe, Athletic y
Villarreal.

Una de mis épocas favoritas del año es cuando se abre el mercado. Aunque en invierno no hay
movimientos interesantes sino más bien parches, me parece entretenido ver cómo los clubes mueven
ficha y tapan o no las carencias del resto del año.
