Bangkok Glass' style of play is similar to what we saw by their fellow Thai side - TTM Samut Sakorn
on last Friday.
Glass Rabbit fans... Wondering we would get to see the famed Glass Rabbit cheerleaders anytime
soon?
Patient is the key in orchestrating any attacking play, a logic never seems to adapt by many of the
local clubs who would prefer that "kamikaze" style of football (kick and rush before allowing your
opponents to hit you hard when at vulnerability).
Bangkok Glass v Phnom Penh 3-3 (Nelson Arriagada, Nantawat Thaensopa, Surachet Ngamti; Chan Rithy,
Keo Sokngon, Marcel Modib)
Bangkok Glass became the second Thai team to reach the semi finals of the Singapore Cup after just
about edging the Cambodians last night. They go through 5-4 on aggregate.
Albirex Niigata defeated Tampines Rovers 1-0 earlier on this evening in the Singapore Cup to level
the tie 1-1. Extra time couldn't split the teams and the Japanese won on penalties to join Bangkok
Glass, TTM Samut Sakorn and Geylang United in the semis.
Yeap, the Singapore Cup semi finals will feature three foreign teams.
Home United v Geylang United 2-2 (Geylang win 4-3 on aggregate)
Heartbreak for Home as Peres De Oliveria's last minute penalty wasn't enough to drag Srivaji's men
into a Singapore Cup semi final. Instead it is the Eagles who find themselves alongside TTM Samut
Sakorn and Bangkok Glass awaiting the winners of tomorrow's final q/f between Tampines Rovers and
Albirex Niigata
Liverpool youngster Dani Pacheco has declared that the club's pre-season in Bangkok and Singapore
left him wanting to make an appearance at Anfield.
"The best thing has been signing for Liverpool and since then the two pre-seasons I have spent with
the first team - especially the one just gone," he told the club's official website.

BEC Tero v Pattaya United 3-1
Raj Navy v Chula United 1-1
Bangkok United v Chonburi 1-1
A tense race at the top of the TPL yesterday saw Chonburi drop vital points away to Bangkok United.
Muang Thong United won narrowly against Bangkok Glass days after the Glass Rabbits, maybe sounds
better in Thai, won through to the semi finals of the Singapore Cup.

England will play a friendly with the Thai national team in Bangkok next year, Football Association
of Thailand (FAT) president Worawi Makudi said yesterday.
Worawi, who is in England as guest of the English FA, said he had talked to English Premier League
chairman Sir David Richards who confirmed that England will come to Thailand.
Chonburi v Samut Songkram 2-0
Bangkok Glass v BEC Tero 3-3
Chula United v PEA 3-1
Two late goals kept Chonburi in the title race with Adul scoring the first against Samut Songkram.
BEC have been in fine form recently and they raced to a 2-0 lead against Bangkok Glass but the
Glass Rabbits pulled themselves back in the game.
PEA v Pattaya United 4-1
Raj Navy Rayong v Bangkok Glass 0-1
Chonburi v TTM Samut Sakorn 2-2
TOT v Sri Racha 1-0
A good weekend for Bangkok Glass as their leading title challengers both dropped crucial points.
But will it be enough to drive a wedge between Chonburi and Muang Thong United?
Loved this quote from the Bangkok Post
Worawi yesterday appointed Anucha Nakasai as national team manager.
Anucha is a former MP for Chai Nat.
"He has played football mainly in charity events," said Worawi.
Anucha thanked Worawi for giving him an opportunity to work with the national team.

Osotsapa last night defeated Bangkok Glass 2-1 thanks to an 89' winner from Sarayut. Today sees
Muang Thing United travel to Chula to take on the Pink boys while their main title rivals Chonburi
host TTM.
With four games to play in the Thai Premier League things couldn't be tighter in an epic title race
between newly promoted Muang Thong United and Chonburi.

2 - Chonburi 26 16 6 4 44-26 54
Just one point between them and they go head to head at the Thunderdome this weekend.
