Bambang Pamungkas, possibly the most recognisable face in Indonesian football, now his very own
piece of cyber space.
www.bambangpamungkas20.com is his new web site set up by the guys behind the Jakmania site and has
been up a few hours by the look of it.
As far as I'm aware he is the first player to go on line and it would be good to see others follow
suit as people here try to raise the profile of the game here.
Indonesia v Indonesia B 1-0
Indonesia : 23-Markus Horison, 2-M Robi, 6-Charis Yulianto (captain), 11-Ponaryo
Astaman, 14-Ismed Sofyan, 15-Firman Utina/3-Erol Iba, 17-M Ilham, 13-Budi Sudarsono, 19-Arif
Suyono, 20-Bambang Pamungkas/10-Rudi Widodo, 22-Isnan Ali/8-Elie Aiboy.
7-0!
Talk about luar biasa. Indonesia's last internationals have seen them score a single goal against
Yemen, Bayern, Malaysia and Vietnam and go goal crazy when they hit two past New Zealand. Now they
go and thump seven past Cambodia!
Budi Sudarsono hit four in 25 first half minutes while Charis Yulianto, M Ilham and Bambang
Pamungkas finished the route.
One of the few Indonesians to have scored in the new ISL season, Musafri has already impressed
people who have seen him.
Now his coach, for West Ham player Peter Butler, is calling for him to step up to the national
team.
The Persiba striker doesn't appear to have much in the way of competition.
